A clean shop roof in Mooresville NC

This Mooresville NC, customer contacted me through a facebook ad and was needing his shop roof cleaned. There was a lot of dirt and some mold in certain areas. Organic growth is most prevalent on a roof that is shaded or has nearby trees. This job required a fairly strong cleaning solution mix sprayed through our softwash system. Cleaning with a chemical based solution will kill all the organic growth and keep algae and moss from growing back as soon. Once the chemical was applied, we left it dwell for about ten minutes and than rinsed with a good volume of water but not too much pressure.
